Main Features:
Optimized combination of accurate cam soap cutting
profile with extra-strong aluminum alloy links,making the cuts vertical, parallel each other and with good view.
The working part of the printing rolls is made from
special glass, that never sticks on soap, Pinting
of sharp letters and/or beautiful pattern can be
realized on soap tablets.
High-intelligent PLC ensures the centering of letters
and/or pattern to be printed on the soap tablet.
The cutting blade is made from newly developed stainless steel alloy.The blade is quenched at high temperature,
and then polished to mirror. Lt looks beautiful and
almost free from soap stich-on.
Application
To feed soap lillets of desired length to vertical,horizontal toilet soap presses with
freezing diesof different models.lt is simple in setting the billet length,and easy in switchover.The cutter can automatically recycle the soap billets back to up-strean plodder,
when the feed belt of the soap press is full of soap billets to be pressed.The soap bar will
be cut into short billets of 60 mm in length,and recycle them back to plodder. The cutter resumes to normal operation as the feeding belt is available to accept new soap billets,in
the previous length.
To produce finished translucent soap tablets of various tablet weights and patterns.The
tablet weight can be accurated to °±1.5(g).The logo and/or letters can be roll-printed accurately to the soap billet self-centered.The cut ends of soap billets are vertical,pa-
rallel to each other and look beautiful.
How The Cutter Works
The cutting blade lever mechanism is driven by a servomotor of 2(KW),through speed reducer and
cam chamber.The cutting blade moves upand down to cutting the soap bar into soap billets of
desired length. The PLC,rotary coder,electronic sensors are used for setting billet cut length,
and tracking the speed of soap bar from the plodder to determine cutting speed and belt speed,synchronizing the cutting with the plodder speed.So to obtain an accurate roll-printing
and accurate soap cutting.
